We are currently searching for a dependable and detail-oriented individual for our Maintenance Dispatch / Guest Service Coordinator position.
The position of Service Coordinator (SC) is responsible for day to day coordination of work order assignment to our cabin maintenance technicians . The SC will oversee the work order system, which includes prioritizing and assigning work orders, communicating work order status, and documenting completion. The SC is also responsible for communication with cabin owners and guests, as well as vendors and other departments.

A Service Coordinator takes responsibility for high-level and detailed clerical work within the maintenance department.
Duties and responsibilities of a Service Coordinator include the following – effectively communicating with cabin owners, guests and vendors, receiving and recording information such as the type of work requested; relaying messages and special instructions to maintenance technicians; keeping a record of maintenance calls and work orders; maintaining files on all related information; operating standard office equipment such as copiers and computers; and interacting with vendors in matters regarding supplies and materials.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
