The Social Spectrum Inc. is hiring full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum and are committed to ongoing professional growth. Our organization provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in homes, communities, and at our center located in Morganville, NJ. We serve clients ranging from 18 months to 21 years old across Monmouth, Middlesex, Union, Mercer, Ocean counties, and throughout New Jersey.

Schedule & Service Model:
We offer flexible scheduling options—including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends—allowing BCBAs to manage a caseload that aligns with their preferences. ABA treatment is provided in a 1:1 setting by trained technicians, with oversight and guidance from a BCBA. Treatment plans focus on building behavioral, social, life, and community skills tailored to each client’s needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise ABA technicians and provide performance feedback
• Monitor and document client progress
• Deliver parent and caregiver training
• Accurately collect and submit session data
• Participate in leadership development and continuing education

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field approved by the BACB
• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation or a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of meeting job demands, including lifting 50+ lbs and active engagement during sessions
• Authorized to work in the United States
