About Job

Advanced Autism Services (AAS) is looking for flexible, passionate, and driven team members to join our team! Whether you’re an experienced RBT, a Behavior Technician working toward certification, or just beginning your journey in ABA Therapy, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do as an AAS Behavior Therapist:

  • Deliver personalized 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, and school settings
  • Follow treatment plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Accurately collect data and complete session notes
  • Build positive relationships with families and clients
  • Collaborate with your BCBA to track and support client progress
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Age 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Active RBT certification or commitment to complete our certification program
  • Willingness to obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card and Article 9 certification
  • Experience with children and/or autism preferred
  • Availability for at least 15 hours/week, with flexibility as caseload grows
  • Reliable transportation

Not Certified Yet? No Problem!

We offer a comprehensive training program to help you become a certified RBT within 90 days:

  • Online 40-hour training course
  • Initial Competency Assessment
  • RBT Exam support
