L.C. brings accessibility and affordability to those needing superior mental and behavioral health care. The experienced and licensed therapy team takes a compassionate, integrative approach to diagnosing and treating various conditions that affect the mental and emotional health of adults and adolescents 12 and up. All services are available through an online telehealth platform.

The team provides online therapy services for anxiety, bipolar disorder, postpartum depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). They also specialize in addressing anger management issues and other behavioral health conditions.

For substance use disorder and addiction, the team provides therapeutic counseling, psychotherapy, and medication management services to help people achieve long-lasting recovery. They also provide telehealth counseling services for loss, grief, and eating disorders.

The staff maintains a safe, judgment-free environment through the telehealth platform. They offer resources to support the challenges that members of the LGBTQ+ community face. The therapy team also provides compassionate, confidential trauma therapy services.

Because there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to mental and behavioral issues, we create personalized treatment plans based on individual needs. The team uses GeneSight® testing to identify which medications best suit a person based on their genetic profile to treat mental, emotional, and behavioral conditions.

Individual therapy sessions are available on an as-needed basis with no long-term commitments required. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, are available for virtual appointments.

We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our progressive healthcare team. This full-time permanent position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your clinical skills in a thriving healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Virtual Care and Behavioral Care, and be experienced in providing comprehensive mental health services to a diverse patient population. This role will allow you to make a significant impact on patient lives, providing them with the necessary support and care to navigate their healthcare journey.

Responsibilities

As a LCSW, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, responsible for

• Providing high-quality clinical social work services in both virtual and traditional settings.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans that meet the psychosocial needs of our patients.
• Providing behavioral care services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Advocating for patients’ rights and needs, and assisting them in accessing appropriate resources.
• Conducting group and individual therapy sessions, addressing a variety of mental health issues.
• Keeping accurate records and reporting on patients’ status and progress.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current LCSW license.
• A minimum of 1 years of clinical social work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proven experience in Virtual Care and Behavioral Care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong knowledge of social work principles, techniques, and practices, and their application to complex cases, group work, and community organization.
• Proficiency in electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
• Ability to handle a high level of stress and a heavy workload.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining patient confidentiality.
