Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical counseling and be skilled in various therapeutic techniques. This role involves providing mental health support to individuals, families, and children, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate positive outcomes. The LCSW will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child Family Counseling, and Christian Counseling.
• Engage in data collection and clinical research to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
• Offer home community care services to clients as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with coding standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and community resources to support clients' holistic well-being.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child Family Counseling, and Clinical Counseling techniques.
• Experience or knowledge in Pediatrics is preferred but not required.
• Strong skills in data collection, clinical research, and coding practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while managing individual caseloads.
• A commitment to providing compassionate care that respects the diverse backgrounds of clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
