Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical counseling and be skilled in various therapeutic techniques. This role involves providing mental health support to individuals, families, and children, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate positive outcomes. The LCSW will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Provide therapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child Family Counseling, and Christian Counseling.
- Engage in data collection and clinical research to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
- Offer home community care services to clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with coding standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and community resources to support clients' holistic well-being.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child Family Counseling, and Clinical Counseling techniques.
- Experience or knowledge in Pediatrics is preferred but not required.
- Strong skills in data collection, clinical research, and coding practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while managing individual caseloads.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
