Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic interventions aligned with established protocols, employing approved techniques tailored to diverse client populations.
- Manage allocated cases, balancing quantity and quality while remaining accountable for outcome measurements.
- Produce precise and objective clinical documentation detailing observations, assessments, and treatment trajectories.
- Engage in regular consultations with senior staff and peers to harmonize viewpoints and integrate therapeutic narratives.
- Participate in reflective supervision, submitting recordings or live observations for appraisal to refine skills.
- Uphold organization-wide standards for attendance, punctuality, and patient satisfaction.
- Adhere to corporate guidelines and standard operating procedures for incident reporting and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Conduct presentations and workshops for various audiences, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Stay informed on recent literature and developments in the field to enhance professional practice.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
- A trainee that meets the requirements for registration, supervision, and professional development as set forth by either:
- The Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc.
- The appropriate board of professional registration with the Department of Economic Development for licensure as a psychologist, professional counselor, or social worker

- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
