PRN Assistant Manager / QP – Flexible, PRN Opportunity | Behavioral Health In-Home Care & IDD Services
We are seeking a PRN Assistant Manager / QP to join our team and help support our clients and staff in this remote/hybrid role. This is a part-time, as-needed position ideal for someone looking to pick up meaningful, professional flex-work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 90-day reviews and supervisory visits
- Attend initial client visits
- Review documentation for Medicaid compliance
- Assist with hiring, staffing, and on-call business line support
- Communicate regularly with clients and caregivers via phone and text
- Foster positive relationships with case managers and contribute to building client base
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience working with individuals with I/DD
- Own laptop, professional background for Zoom, and a quiet work environment
- Pleasant phone voice, professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Daytime availability with occasional evening availability
- Willingness to commute for client visits
- Reliable and responsive via phone and text
- Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), preferred
- Experience with 1915(i) Services and Alliance Health, a plus
