Order Processor duties and responsibilities:
- Process Orders; receive orders via phone/email, enter orders in system, follow up on orders
- Provide Customer Service via phone and email correspondence
- Retain and recall customer information
- Maintain strong working relationships with our customers, understanding customers’ needs
- Answer incoming phone calls and field where they need to be directed
- Communicate with production staff in order to ensure purchase orders are fulfilled correctly
- Perform general office administrative duty, assist other team members if needed
- Cross train in all order processing positions for back-up purposes
- Manage and coordinate all appointments and maintaining an organized calendar
Compensation details: 20-24 Hourly Wage
