Job Summary
The Behavior Interventionist (BI) utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to facilitate change in the behavior of children who are diagnosed with a Pervasive Developmental Disorder such as Autism. Job duties include play interactions with the client, recording data accurately, and writing detailed notes of each session.

ABA services are conducted in the client's home. Therefore, all applicants must have reliable transportation.

Required skills include effective communication, typing, and familiarity with technology (e.g., basic use of cell phone, internet, Google Drive, Google Meet, etc.).

Pay amount is available based on the following: ABA experience, education, work experience, and successful completion of new hire training.

Pay range: $20-$25/hr. Training/Shadowing: $17/hr.

$200 bonus after 60 days of successful employment!*

Duties

• Implement and monitor behavioral therapy programs based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, to ensure cohesive care for clients.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and families on effective behavioral strategies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Required)
• Having a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field. is a plus.
• Drivers License (Required)
• Reliable Transportation
