RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicating with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other health care providers verbally and in writing
• Reviewing medical records to ensure requirements of health insurance guidelines are met
• Insurance & eligibility verification
• Data entry & creating sales orders for medical equipment

The Patient Care Coordinator position requires outstanding organizational and communication skills. In a typical day the coordinator will coordinate approx. 20 orders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Brightree software experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Basic typing and computer skills
• Utilizing problem solving and reasoning skills
• Remote and In-person Training

COMPENSATION:

• Full time position 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday / with available rotating Saturday shifts.
