SocialPlayGroup is a private company provides ABA services to children with ASD and other disabilities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Attend and conduct all scheduled 1:1 ABA sessions and training
• Collaborate with staff and implement ABA programs and protocols during sessions.
• Enter data on a daily basis on skills acquisition
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Attend team meetings, and staff meetings as scheduled.
• Create monthly session plans
• Assist with assessments, program materials, or other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School diploma or GED
• A.A. or B.A. in Psychology, Sociology, or other related field
• Minimum of six months working with children - special needs experience preferred, but not required
• RBT or BCAT certified; or be able to attend training to become certified
• Ability to provide and/or obtain negative TB test results and up-to-date immunization records
• Valid California Driver’s license and proof of insurance and reliable transportation with clean record
• Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move, and carry objects weighing a minimum of thirty-five (35) pounds
• Ability to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting (Live Scan)
