SocialPlayGroup is a private company provides ABA services to children with ASD and other disabilities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Attend and conduct all scheduled 1:1 ABA sessions and training
- Collaborate with staff and implement ABA programs and protocols during sessions.
- Enter data on a daily basis on skills acquisition
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Attend team meetings, and staff meetings as scheduled.
- Create monthly session plans
- Assist with assessments, program materials, or other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School diploma or GED
- A.A. or B.A. in Psychology, Sociology, or other related field
- Minimum of six months working with children - special needs experience preferred, but not required
- RBT or BCAT certified; or be able to attend training to become certified
- Ability to provide and/or obtain negative TB test results and up-to-date immunization records
- Valid California Driver’s license and proof of insurance and reliable transportation with clean record
- Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move, and carry objects weighing a minimum of thirty-five (35) pounds
- Ability to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting (Live Scan)

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
