Spring Health ABA Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for a case located in Tampa, FL. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families, we would love to hear from you!

Position Details:

• Location: Tampa, FL
• Hours: Part-time or Full-time opportunities available

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs as designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect data and maintain accurate session notes
• Provide support in managing challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement techniques
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, supervisors, and team members

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current RBT certification through the BACB
• Previous experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Tampa, FL
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
