Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will assist in managing member accounts, addressing inquiries, and promoting our financial services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management and a passion for helping others.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage member accounts, including updates, transactions, and account maintenance.
- Utilize customer relationship management software to track interactions and follow up with members.
- Promote financial products and services through effective upselling techniques.
- Assist members with cash management tasks, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Conduct retail math calculations to assist members with their financial needs.
- Maintain knowledge of financial services and products to provide informed recommendations.
- Perform basic math tasks accurately, including 10 key typing for data entry purposes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management and upselling techniques.
- Familiarity with financial software and cash management practices.
- Proficient in retail math and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
