Randolph Elementary School seeks a School Counselor. OSSD elementary schools work closely together to establish curriculum, assessments and social/emotional expectations in order to best meet the complex needs of our students. We use Responsive Classroom protocols and PBIS procedures to support the learning of our students in their social/emotional development. The school counselor position works closely with students and families to provide them with the skills and resources necessary to thrive both at home and at school.

We seek candidates who are caring, organized, positive, dedicated and have good communication skills. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain licensure for school counseling.
