Grinney & Davis Wealth Management, a fast-paced, dynamic financial advisory practice, is seeking a high-energy, client-focused Client Service Coordinator to deliver an exceptional, personalized experience to our clients. As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for setting the tone of each client interaction with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with a friendly, informed, and polished demeanor
  • Manage all aspects of the client experience from arrival to departure
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment
  • Track and manage client preferences in CRM to deliver personalized service
  • Prepare meeting materials such as reports, agendas, and presentations
  • Manage multiple calendars: Coordinate a high volume of appointments for multiple advisors, including scheduling, resolving conflicts, and sending timely reminders and confirmations
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and client communications, including text platform usage
  • Support client onboarding and assist with maintaining prospect records
  • Oversee marketing tasks including website updates, blogs, and content sharing
  • Perform administrative duties including check deposits, mail sorting, and office open/close procedures

Role Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM–3:00 PM (In-office)
  • Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 annually + quarterly bonus eligibility
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, vision, and dental coverage, ten paid holidays, ten PTO, 401(k) with 3.5% employer match, and discretionary profit sharing
