About Alpha Behavior Solutions: We are a dedicated ABA therapy provider serving clients across home, school, and daycare settings. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, individualized behavioral services to children and families in the Treasure Coast area.

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA to oversee and support our clinical services in the Stuart area in a school, carrying a full time or part time caseload. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, and daycare settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective treatment.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.​
