Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced neuropsychological provider to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering, scoring, and interpreting neuropsychological tests for children and adolescents presenting with a range of developmental, learning, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents and adults (ages 5–99), including clinical interviews, standardized testing, and behavioral observations
- Interpret test results and write integrated, strengths-based reports with clear diagnostic impressions and individualized recommendations
- Provide feedback sessions to parents/caregivers and referral sources
- Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., therapists, pediatricians, school personnel) as needed to support the client’s care
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric neuropsychological assessment
Required Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or related field with a specialization in neuropsychology
- Licensed or license-eligible as a psychologist in the state of CT/NY
- Formal training and supervised experience in pediatric and adult neuropsychological assessment
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting a wide range of instruments (e.g., WISC-V, NEPSY-II, WIAT-4, BASC-3, Conners, CPT-3)
- Strong writing and communication skills, particularly in creating parent- and school-friendly reports
- Commitment to cultural humility and trauma-informed care
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual or multicultural assessment experience
- Experience working with neurodivergent populations (e.g., ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities)
- Familiarity with special education law (IEP/504 processes) and school-based accommodations
Schedule & Workload:
- Flexible schedule, 2-10 cases per month to start, with potential to increase based on availability and demand
- Administrative support provided for scheduling and materials
- Option for hybrid assessment model (on-site testing, remote report writing)

Pay: $60.00 - $200.00 per hour
