Job Summary
What You’ll Do:- Deliver evidence-based interventions, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Behavioral Activation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care plans and integrate behavioral health services seamlessly.
- Work with patients in short-term follow-up sessions to support skill-building and improved functioning.
- Triage patients and ensure smooth coordination of care with community partners and specialty mental health providers.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Active licensure as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT (NH LICSW licensure required at start date; additional Maine licensure preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in behavioral health, preferably in women’s health, primary care, or integrated care settings.
- Strong clinical judgment, crisis intervention skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for women’s health, including perinatal mental health, trauma recovery, and addiction treatment.
