Wentworth Health Partners is seeking a Licensed Integrated Behavioral Health Provider (IBHP) to join our growing Women’s Health team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide critical behavioral health support to women facing complex medical, emotional, and psychosocial challenges in a fast-paced, collaborative women’s health care setting.

Job Summary

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver evidence-based interventions, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Behavioral Activation.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care plans and integrate behavioral health services seamlessly.

• Work with patients in short-term follow-up sessions to support skill-building and improved functioning.

• Triage patients and ensure smooth coordination of care with community partners and specialty mental health providers.
  

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT (NH LICSW licensure required at start date; additional Maine licensure preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in behavioral health, preferably in women’s health, primary care, or integrated care settings.
• Strong clinical judgment, crisis intervention skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for women’s health, including perinatal mental health, trauma recovery, and addiction treatment.
