A behavioral health agency in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead client care operations and supervise Community Support Workers (CSWs). This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, person-centered services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee execution of treatment plans and ensure care aligns with clients’ Plan of Care
• Provide direct supervision, support, and evaluation of CSWs
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to support a holistic care approach
• Monitor therapy and psychiatry services to ensure adherence to treatment goals
• Review and maintain documentation, progress notes, and diagnostic assessments
• Conduct and review DLA-20 assessments and approve treatment plans
• Oversee client discharges and transitions of care
• Conduct face-to-face check-ins with clients and CSWs to monitor outcomes

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
• Active DC license: LICSW or LPC required
• Prior experience in clinical supervision and behavioral health settings

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Compensation:

• Salary range: $80,000–$89,000
