(URGENT) Now Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW) | South Carolina

Physician Services Group (PSG) of South Carolina is expanding our integrated care model to include psychotherapy services in skilled nursing facilities.

We're seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW) to join our interdisciplinary team and provide impactful, patient-centered mental health care to geriatric inpatients—through in-person and telehealth sessions.

As part of this role, you will:
Deliver psychotherapy to support the emotional well-being of patients
Collaborate with our Psychiatry, Medicine, and Social Work teams
Help shape and execute personalized treatment plans
Communicate with families as part of a holistic care approach

Qualifications:
Active LISW/LISW-CP license in South Carolina
2+ years of counseling experience
Skilled nursing or LTC experience (preferred)
Knowledge of psychotherapy billing, EMRs, and HIPAA compliance
Strong communication, self-motivation, and team collaboration skills
