Compensation:
- $50,000–$55,000 base salary
- Bonus potential tied to execution + client satisfaction
- Full-time, in-office role in Raleigh, NC

Responsibilities:- Own and manage the contract-to-close process for residential transactions
- Communicate with clients, agents, attorneys, and lenders with clarity and urgency
- Track documents, timelines, and compliance details with precision
- Prevent problems before they start—then solve the rest with professionalism
- Represent the Marti Hampton brand with excellence from start to finish
- Active NC Real Estate License (Full Broker Required)
- 2+ years as a real estate Transaction Coordinator
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Top-tier organizational and multitasking skills
- Problem-solver with a calm, client-first mindset
- Must be based in Raleigh, NC (this is not a remote position)
