Job Overview
Hillis Counseling, PLLC is searching for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who specializes in couples, marriage and family counseling services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in these areas and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide couples, marriage, family, and individual counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based practices.
• Stay updated on best practices in mental health care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with standard practices.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with the State of Texas.
• Proficiency in behavioral therapy and mental health counseling.
• Experience with patient assessment and care.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation.
• Skills in psychotherapy and crisis intervention.
• Experience working with couples and families.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
