Intentional Counseling and Wellness, LLC is a new and rapidly growing group private practice in Bethlehem, PA. The name "Intentional Counseling & Wellness" reflects our belief that real change begins with mindful choices. It’s about creating a space where every step feels thoughtful, every interaction feels meaningful, and every individual feels seen. With over 45 years of combined experience, ICW provides high-quality counseling. Our practice will be introducing a unique blend of wellness services such as somatic bodywork and trauma-informed yoga to augment our therapeutic approach. Responsibilities:

· Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy to clients in a variety of treatment areas (specialties welcomed).

· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

· Engage in continuing education and professional development as required by licensure.

· Uphold the practice’s mission to deliver intentional, client-centered care in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

· Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania.

· Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services with strong clinical skills.

· Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.

· Passion for working in a group practice setting that prioritizes intentionality and wellness.

· Clinicians will maintain professional malpractice liability insurance and provide updated clearances (Details within contract)
