Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our growing team. In this role, you may provide individual therapy to client, helping them navigate mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.
As a Psychotherapist, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, facilitate therapeutic sessions, and offer guidance and support in achieving their mental health goals. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to providing evidence-based, empathetic care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 20 individual psychotherapy sessions per week.
- Conduct sessions in the office in Acton,MA and online. This is a hybrid position with REQUIRED one day/week on site at our location IN PERSON
- Complete all documentation within 48 hours of each session.
- Collaborate with prescribers within and outside of the practice.
REQUIRED Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Current state licensure in Massachusetts ONLY (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in oncology and other chronic conditions or experience within a hospital setting are highly preferred
- Minimum experience of one year of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and/or families.
