Role Description

This is a full-time or part time hybrid role for a LPC, LAPC, LCSW, or Psychologist. The Counselor will be responsible for treatment planning, providing mental health counseling, and managing their case load. The role is based in Lancaster and/or Elizabethtown, PA, with flexibility for in-person and/or telehealth.

Qualifications

• Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
• LPC, LCSW, LAPC, PhD, PsyD, DO or MD
• Experience in Mental Health Counseling and Psychopathology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with trauma-informed care is a plus
• EMDR training is a plus
