Join a vibrant group practice to develop your clinical skills and help children and adults lead healthier lives. Family Matters Counseling Services is a collaborative group of mental health clinicians using psychodynamic approaches to get at the heart of our clients' concerns.

This is an opportunity for a currently California licensed clinical psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), as well as Associate Marriage and Family Therapists or Associate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors. This opportunity is available only for licensed clinicians without their own existing private practice.

You will be invited to work with individual adults, couples, families, and teens. We are particularly looking for applicants who have experience and training working with couples and parents.

Family Matters provides the referrals, office space, online platform and consultation to help you develop as a clinician. You can see eight to eighteen or more cases per week, as you see fit.

You will bring your skills from your previous clinical work, your education and training, as well as your own personal therapy -- along with a willingness to build your practice and deepen as a clinician.

Office space is available for you to use seven days a week and you can also see clients online. Your job is to schedule clients for weekly sessions and assist them properly.
