Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and autism through the application of behavior analysis principles. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients while collaborating with families and other professionals.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behavior changes in clients.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on findings.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in treatment approaches.
- Provide training and support to staff members on behavioral interventions and best practices.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health, attending relevant workshops and training sessions.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices related to behavioral health.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis to evaluate client progress effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
- A patient-centered approach to care that emphasizes empathy and understanding for clients' unique needs.
- Familiarity with behavioral assessment tools and techniques is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $57.51 - $60.63 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
