WHY CHOOSE CAC?
Flexible Work Options: CAC offers both center-based and home-based therapy services. RBTs are expected to provide therapy in both settings based on client needs and assignments.
Paid Holidays: 10 paid holidays for those working 20+ hours per week (part-time).
Paid RBT Training: Earn while you learn! We offer paid training to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a starting rate of $17.50/hr.
Generous Time Off: Up to 4 weeks off for full-time employees.
Regular Raises: Competitive starting hourly rate of $22.00 - $26.50, plus the potential for $1 raises every 6 months based on attendance and performance.

Part-time and Full-time Hours Available: We offer flexible hours based on your region.
Comprehensive Training: Receive in-class and hands-on paid training under the mentorship of experienced BCBAs.
Professional Development: Benefit from ongoing clinical support from BCBA supervisors who tailor guidance to meet your needs.
Cell Phone Reimbursement & Certification Fees: We cover your RBT certification fees and provide cell phone reimbursement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide one-on-one, behaviorally-based therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in both center-based and home-based settings as part of your role.
Follow a structured, research-based curriculum tailored to each child's needs.
Participate in our online and hands-on training, receiving mentorship from experienced BCBAs who offer real-time feedback.
Utilize hand-held technology for real-time data collection to help you track your progress and development.
Work part-time (up to 29 hours per week) with the potential to transition to full-time.
REQUIREMENTS
A strong commitment to working with CAC and the families we serve.
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Entry-level position with a willingness to learn and grow.
Reliable transportation to commute to both center-based and home-based service locations.
Clear background checks (Fingerprint and FBI/DOJ).
Proof of TB clearance.
Experience working with children (required).
