Compensation: $26 - $32 Per Hour - Full time, based upon experience

Required Credentials/Experience:

• Completed Bachelor's degree and either of the following:
• 12 semester units of ABA course work with one (1) year experience implementing and/or designing ABA programming
• Two (2) years of experience designing or implementing ABA programs
• Strong ABA and clinical skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude
• Bilingual skills valued

Job Description:

At Intercare Therapy, we provide evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. A Program Manager serves as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills. You will develop and oversee clinical programs, supervise Behavioral Interventions (BIs), and provide education and training for client caregivers. This role requires you to drive 30 to 60 miles a day and supervise client sessions between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend availability.
