Thrive Family Chiropractic in Urbandale, IA is a faith-based, family-focused practice that specializes in pediatric, prenatal, and full-family chiropractic care. We are currently seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to join our clinical team. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, confident with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on clinical role where you'll be involved in new patient consultations, exams, X-rays, and day-to-day support in patient care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with new patient consults, Day 1 visits, and evaluations
• Take and process digital X-rays (training provided)
• Support documentation and clinical paperwork using our EHR system (Platinum)
• Help manage patient flow through adjustment rooms
• Set up care plans and financial arrangements under doctor guidance
• Answer patient questions confidently and support education
• Ensure accuracy and organization of clinical files and documentation
• Maintain professionalism and warm rapport in every patient interaction

Hours:
Approx. 35–40 hours per week

• Monday: 8:45 AM – 6:45 PM
• Tuesday: 8:45 AM – 6:45 PM
• Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 6:45 PM
• Thursday: 8:45 AM – 6:45 PM
• Friday: 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation:
$15.00 – $20.00 per hour based on experience and performance
