Behavior Therapist (RBT) - Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Castle Rock Clinic + Nearby Areas (Denver, Parker, Aurora, Centennial, Littleton)

Pay: $21/hr for sessionsoffice work | $14.81/hr for training

$150 Sign-On Bonus after 3 months of employment!

Instructional ABA Consultants (IABA) is hiring passionate Behavior Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism in homes, clinics, and schools. No prior ABA experience? No problem - we offer comprehensive training and certification support!

What You'll Do

  • Deliver personalized ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans

  • Collect and submit session data

  • Communicate with supervisors and attend paid trainings

  • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
