Position Summary:
Ancom Communications is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator at our Burnsville, MN location. This role serves as the central communication hub between customers, the service team, the sales team, and vendors. The Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring service operations run smoothly and efficiently, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and internal coordination.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate field service technicians for maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Coordinate parts and equipment logistics for service jobs.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers, technicians, sales, and internal teams to ensure alignment on service status, timelines, and job requirements.
- Track job tickets from initiation through completion, ensuring proper documentation and billing.
- Support technicians by providing necessary job information, tools, and resources.
- Monitor service tickets to ensure timely completion and accuracy
- Prioritize urgent service requests and assist in balancing technician workloads.
- Understand all facets of the service department’s operations.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Facilitate radio repairs and warranties.

- A customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency
- Basic technical knowledge relevant to the company's products and services (can be trained on the job if necessary)
- Familiarity with service management software
- Ability to work collaboratively with service teams, sales teams, and management
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $33.65 per hour
