Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team and support full life cycle recruiting efforts across our corporate office, as well as our residential and commercial real estate portfolio. This in-office role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify top talent while enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a wide range of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and offer management.
- Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates; support hiring managers with interview coordination and feedback collection.
- Maintain job postings across multiple platforms and ensure all are up-to-date and optimized for visibility.
- Assist in extending offer letters, initiating background checks, and processing candidate onboarding materials.
- Track candidate progress through the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation.
- Partner with the Director of Recruiting on special projects, reporting, and strategy initiatives.
- Provide administrative support related to recruiting, including correspondence with candidates, interview scheduling, calendar management, and file organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience; agency experience strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple open roles at once and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
