Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting the progress of each client’s unique goals. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about learning, passionate about helping others, and committed to high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
Deliver ABA therapy to clients in a variety of settings, including the client’s home, school, or community, as directed by the BCBA
Implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring consistency and fidelity to the plan under BCBA supervision
Collect and record data accurately, documenting client progress and behavior changes
Work collaboratively with BCBAs and other team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and training sessions
Provide compassionate support and clear guidance to clients and families, building rapport and promoting a positive therapy experience
Follow company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus
Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to helping others
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and their families
Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed
Physical ability to work with young children, including the ability to sit, stand, lift, and move as needed during therapy sessions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if required to travel to client locations
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with children, especially in an ABA or special education setting
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data collection
Interest in a long-term career in behavioral health, with aspirations to pursue further ABA certifications
