Beautiful Minds is currently hiring motivated and compassionate therapists who are Provisionally Licensed or Clinically Licensed to provide community-based mental health services to youth and families.

As an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist, you will deliver strength-based, goal-driven therapeutic interventions designed to address the emotional and behavioral needs of children and adolescents. Services are provided in the family’s home or a community setting, with the primary goal of promoting stabilization, enhancing family functioning, and preventing the need for higher levels of care.

Hourly Rate: Competitive and commensurate with experience, licensure, and certifications. **Candidates transitioning from another agency may be eligible for an enhanced rate based on prior service and credentialing history.**

Responsibilities:

• Use evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Maintain consistency with appointments.
• Develop and regularly update treatment/service plans.
• Document client progress notes.
• Maintain accurate client documentation.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Valid professional license in the State of New Jersey (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT).
• Experience providing therapeutic services to youth or families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Bilingual language skills a plus.
