SocialPlayGroup is a private company provides ABA services to children with ASD and other disabilities. This position is a hybrid; requires 50% of in-person (Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville) and 50% remote

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct assessments/ FBA / Behavior Intervention Plan
• Attend and conduct all scheduled overlaps/supervisions
• Collaborate with staff and implement ABA programs and protocols during sessions.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Attend team meetings, and staff meetings as scheduled.
• Create monthly session plans
• Assist with assessments, program materials, or other responsibilities as needed
• Provide training/supervision to RBTs/Clinical supervisors

Qualifications:

• Valid certification of BCBA/LMFT/LCSW
• Ability to provide and/or obtain negative TB test results and up-to-date immunization records
• Valid California Driver’s license and proof of insurance and reliable transportation with clean record
• Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move, and carry objects weighing a minimum of thirty-five (35) pounds
• Ability to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting (Live Scan)
