Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Staffing & Onboarding Coordinator to join our home health care team in Danville, VA. This role is crucial in maintaining caregiver schedules covering 1,800+ hours per week and ensuring timely, compliant onboarding of new caregiving staff. You’ll serve as the central link between caregivers, clients, and our care team to keep everything running smoothly.Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily and weekly caregiver schedules
• Coordinate scheduling for 1,800+ care hours per week
• Respond to client and caregiver inquiries regarding schedule changes
• Handle caregiver call-offs and schedule adjustments in a timely manner
• Communicate with clients regarding their staffing needs and schedule confirmations
• Oversee onboarding for new caregivers: collect documentation, complete background checks, schedule orientations, and assist with initial training coordination
• Maintain accurate data in scheduling and HR systems
• Collaborate with clinical staff and management to ensure quality care delivery

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1+ years of experience in scheduling, staffing, or administrative support (healthcare or home health preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scheduling platforms such as ERSP is strongly preferred
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience)
