We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients. Duties of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approaches.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze research data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify specific behavioral challenges and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any changes in behavior or circumstances.

Skills

• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Proficient in patient assessment techniques and diagnostic evaluation methods.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.
• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to collect and analyze research data effectively.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt interventions based on client needs.
