About Job
We are seeking a BCBA to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans for clients in an individual or group setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the client Treatment Plan Develop written guidelines for behavioral interventions and programs
- Collect data for each goal/objective during each clinical session
- Enter data sheets into company clinical software and bill appropriately
- Provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis
- Analyze data collected to determine program effectiveness
- Supervise and train Behavior Therapists
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology or related field.
- Must have BCBA certification Education.
- May have a BCABA working towards BCBA
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with developmental disabilities
- Must possess strong communication skills, verbal and written
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
