About Job

We are seeking a BCBA to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans for clients in an individual or group setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the client Treatment Plan Develop written guidelines for behavioral interventions and programs
  • Collect data for each goal/objective during each clinical session
  • Enter data sheets into company clinical software and bill appropriately
  • Provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis
  • Analyze data collected to determine program effectiveness
  • Supervise and train Behavior Therapists

Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology or related field.
  • Must have BCBA certification Education.
  • May have a BCABA working towards BCBA
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with developmental disabilities
  • Must possess strong communication skills, verbal and written

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
