Position: ABA Behavior Technician (English/Spanish speaking preferred)

Schedule: Monday- Friday after 3:30 PM. Saturday after 11 AM
Salary: $16 - $22 per hour

Join Headway Services as an ABA Behavior Technician and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with autism! In this rewarding role, you’ll use ABA therapy techniques to help clients develop essential life skills, while being supported by experienced BCBAs. With a pay rate of $16 - $22 per hour, depending on experience, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in the field and make a real impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect data on client progress and behaviors to ensure effective treatment.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions exclusively in clients' homes.

• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure treatment consistency.

• Help clients develop essential life skills, including communication, socialization, and daily living activities.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.

• Previous experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
