Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Correctional Facility

About the Role:
We are hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide direct mental health services to individuals within secure correctional environments. This opportunity allows for meaningful engagement with underserved populations, focusing on trauma-informed care, behavioral stabilization, and rehabilitation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical mental health assessments and psychosocial intakes
• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy (CBT, DBT, MI)
• Support crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and safety planning
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop treatment and care plans
• Participate in case reviews and discharge/reentry planning
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation compliant with facility and HIPAA standards

Required Qualifications:

• Active LCSW license in the state of assignment
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience (correctional, psychiatric, or institutional preferred)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Willingness to work on-site in a secure setting
• Must live within or be open to relocating within 70 miles of the facility
