What You’ll Do
- Oversee the service lifecycle of physical security systems.
- Manage third-party vendors and internal support teams for system maintenance and enhancements.
- Lead compliance activities to ensure operational integrity and standardization.
- Track and manage service tickets, inventory, and scheduled maintenance.
- Educate users on physical security processes and ensure policy alignment.
What You Bring to the Table
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in physical security systems management.
- Technical knowledge of Lenel access control systems, surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record managing vendor relationships and internal service standards.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and ideallyJira and Confluence.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
