Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Center-Based

Are you a BCBA who’s passionate about meaningful clinical work, collaborative teamwork, and seeing your clients thrive? Ohio Mentor is seeking a center-based BCBA to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality services, supporting Youth Support Specialists, and making a real difference in the lives of the families we serve.

Your Impact

  • Provide coaching to Youth Support Specialists to ensure fidelity and excellence in care.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and team members to promote generalization and long-term success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of ethics and compliance.

Potential to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active BCBA Certification (Required)
  • Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A compassionate, reliable approach and a passion for service
  • Prior experience working in applied settings or with special populations preferred
