Overview:

Bright Now! Dental in Tampa, FL is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Care Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. As the first point of contact for many of our patients, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and helping patients understand and move forward with their recommended treatment plans.

Schedule (days/hours): M-F 8-5 Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive and professional experience from check-in to check-out
Review and explain treatment plans, ensuring patients understand their options and associated costs
Assist with financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and third-party financing
Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize the patient experience and office productivity
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate documentation
Maintain patient records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up with patients as needed

Qualifications:

At least one year related experience
Knowledge of dental terminology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Compensation: $20-22/hr About:
