Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education and experience working with individuals with disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing direct support to clients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure cohesive support for clients.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
- Advocate for clients' needs and rights within various settings.
Experience
- A minimum of two years of experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of special education practices and patient care principles.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and behavioral health practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
