Morning Glory Christian Counseling is a growing group practice seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) with a passion for serving adolescents, teens, and their families.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds current LPC or PLPC license in Missouri
• Enjoys working with adolescents, teens, and families
• Values integrating faith into the counseling process (when appropriate for the client)
• Demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and clinical excellence
• Collaborative, teachable, and eager to grow within a team
• Comfortable using evidence-based practices for issues like anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or family conflict

Compensation:

• W-2 employee position with hourly rate based on licensure and experience
• Stipends available for continuing education and certification
• Pay range: $45–$75/hour
