Youth Care Coordinator

Make a Difference in a Young Person's Life

Region II Human Services is seeking a full-time Youth Care Coordinator to serve the McCook and/or North Platte areas. Help lead a supportive, community-based approach to care for youth experiencing severe emotional disturbances. This is your chance to make a lasting impact while working as part of a collaborative, strengths-based team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate wraparound services for youth and their families
  • Build and lead individualized support teams
  • Collaborate with schools, providers, and community partners
  • Travel within the region to support youth and families

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and organize support services
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
