About Job

Looking to work for a hometown hospice? Sunset Hospice is committed to making a difference in every patient at the end of life. We value quality over quantity, always putting our patients and families first, and doing the simple extras that a hospice should provide. With our tranquility & holistic complementary programs, each patient gets the best of both. If caring for end-of-life patients is your passion, we are what you are looking for.

We are currently searching for a Compassionate Social Worker for our Boutique Hospice.

We are looking for a caring social worker to help our organization reach out to different groups of people to ensure we provide a superior service. Your tasks will include providing information and support, advocating for social justice and offering help in crisis situations. We want you to build strong relationships with clients and work as part of a team. Excellent communication skills will be necessary as you’ll need to gather information from clients and provide support to both children and adults. Our ideal candidate will have a degree in social work, experience with supporting vulnerable groups, excellent communication skills and a commitment to the principles of social justice.

At hospice, we realize you only get one chance to do it right. Join our team today!

  • Accompany and support clients when needed.
  • Conduct data analysis, prepare reports and make recommendations.
