Position Overview: We are seeking licensed mental health professionals, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC) or Clinical Psychologists (PhD, PsyD) to collaborate with us.

LIMITED TIME: LCSWAs are accepted with flat fee supervision 1hr per month!

Services You’ll Provide:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy.
• (For Clinical Psychologists) Provide psychological testing services, including diagnostic assessments, cognitive testing, and personality assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets professional and legal standards in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Active independent licensure in North Carolina in good standing.
• Professional liability policy.
• A valid National Provider Identifier (NPI #1).

Compensation and Perks:

• ~$80-100 per hour-session depending on payer (60/40 split - ask about our Flat Rate option).
• Earn $300 quarterly for 45+ sessions/month or $500 quarterly for 55+ sessions/month—up to $2,000 annually.
• Set your own hours and choose your mix of in-person or telehealth sessions.
• Access billing, scheduling, and credentialing resources. Receptionist services are available during business hours.
• Option to work in a beautifully furnished downtown Raleigh office or remotely through telehealth.
