Position Overview

As a Behavior Technician (BT) at ASC, you will provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism, working under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans. Your work will help children develop essential skills, promote independence, and reach new milestones in home, school, and community settings.



What You’ll Do

  • Deliver in-person behavior intervention services in home, school, and community environments.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs) developed by a BCBA.
  • Accurately collect and record behavioral data to track progress and inform treatment plans.
  • Encourage safe and socially appropriate replacement behaviors.
  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure effective, consistent support.
  • Educate parents on reinforcement techniques and early intervention strategies.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • ABA experience (preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Effective oral, written, and reading communication skills
  • Ability to follow Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) with sound judgment

  • Job Type: Full-time & Part-time available
  • Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

  • Day shifts - Currently have morning and afternoon clients available in both home and school settings.
  • Evening shifts
  • Monday to Friday
